About your new company
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing Australian business that makes a real difference in the lives of others.
With a respected reputation and strong sense of purpose, you will join a values-led organisation where trust, integrity and strong relationships shape how people work together.
About your new role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
Working directly with the CEO, you will become a trusted partner, helping manage priorities, progress key initiatives and ensure commitments are delivered across a growing national organisation.
You will work closely with senior leaders, connecting people, information and priorities while helping keep strategic and operational matters moving forward.
You will work with a highly engaged CEO who values initiative, honest input, discretion and people who think ahead. Your judgement, ideas and ability to anticipate will be genuinely valued.
Your role will include
- Acting as the CEO's trusted right hand, managing priorities and ensuring key commitments are delivered.
- Managing information, communications and issues requiring executive attention.
- Supporting executive decision-making through research, reports, presentations and follow-up.
- Coordinating Board, Executive Leadership Team and national management activities.
- Supporting business projects, executive recruitment, leadership planning and confidential matters.
- Coordinating executive travel, key events and other high-priority activities.
- Using technology and AI to improve executive workflow and productivity.
About you
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or senior PA who sees the role as more than administration. You enjoy understanding the business, exercising sound judgement and helping senior leaders perform at their best.
Naturally one step ahead, you are highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and confident working independently. You communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with discretion and build solid relationships at every level.
To be successful, you will bring
- Experience supporting a CEO, senior executive or leadership team.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound judgement, discretion and confidence handling confidential matters.
- The ability to anticipate, solve problems and take ownership.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with reports and information.
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office and AI tools.
What's in it for you
This is an opportunity to partner closely with the CEO and play an active role across a growing national organisation.
You will work closely with senior leaders, contribute to key business priorities and enjoy genuine ownership, trusted access and responsibility beyond a traditional EA role.
