All-round Storeman / Forklift Operator – Kemps Creek

Our client is a leader in the storage and distribution industry and is currently seeking an experienced All-round Storeman / Forklift Operator to join their team at their newly built facility in Kemps Creek.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly built, state-of-the-art warehouse facility featuring modern automation and advanced distribution technology.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a clean, modern environment alongside the latest warehouse systems and automation, while being part of a growing operation with a leading organisation in the storage and distribution industry.

About the Role

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
- $38 Per hour + Penalties
- Overtime available as required
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently both high reach and counter balance.
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receiving, checking and dispatching goods
- Picking, packing and put-away of stock
- General warehouse and storeperson duties
- Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe warehouse environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse/storeperson role
- Extensive experience on Counter Balance forklifts
- A current forklift licence (LF)
- Experience operating a forklift in a busy warehouse or distribution environment
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Willing to undergo and pre-employment medical – Drug and Alcohol test
