Overview
Naked Wines, a global company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.
Naked Wines is dedicated to connecting its Angels with world-class wines made by talented winemakers, and is changing the world, one glass at a time.
The company is looking for someone who shares their ambition to make a difference.
This is a temporary Customer Service Agent role to support the business during the Christmas period (Oct **** – Jan ****) with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Base pay range
A$55,******/yr - A$55,******/yr
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Naked Wines' customers, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
Assist customers with placing orders, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues during the ordering process
Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions with a positive and empathetic attitude
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, and interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience
Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline operations
Requirements




Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Passion for wine and a desire to learn about Naked Wines' unique business model and products
