About the Opportunity
Zeder Corporation is looking for full‐timeAutomotive Techniciansto join its Fulcrum Suspensions team across multiple locations, includingCapalaba, Slacks Creek, Arundel, Stafford, Bundaberg, and Coopers Plains (QLD); Carrum Downs and Pakenham (VIC); and Arndell Park (NSW).
Reporting to theStore Manager, this role focuses on high‐performance suspension work,



GVM upgrades, and technical excellence in a fun and fast‐moving workshop environment.
You'll be part of a passionate team representing one of the most trusted suspension brands in Australia.
Responsibilities
Diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering, braking, and underbody components to Fulcrum standards
Fitting and fine‐tuning 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, lowering systems, and performance modifications
Performing precision wheel alignments and balancing
Mentoring apprentices and contributing to team development
Completing AutoOptix video updates and customer‐friendly explanations
Maintaining a protected, clean, and compliant work environment
Completing service records and participating in toolbox talks
About You
To qualify, you will need aCertificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technologyand avalid QLD driver's licence.
A minimum of6 months' experience working in an Australian workshopis essential.
We also welcome applications from passionate 3rd and 4th year apprentices looking to broaden their experience in suspension and performance upgrades.
Additional Skills
Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
Suspension, underbody, or performance tuning experience
Wheel alignment and balancing expertise
Prior experience mentoring apprentices
Familiarity with aftermarket or retail auto service environments
