Key Responsibilities:
Usedeep market and category insightsto guide client decision‐making and elevate supplier performance.
Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, influencing at all levels to drive alignment and outcomes.
Shape scopes of work and design best‐practice specifications thatchallenge conventional thinking.
Develop and execute category strategies that delivercost transformation and long‐term value.
Lead negotiation strategies andmanage complex negotiation cycleswith clients and suppliers.
Providecommercial guidanceon contract terms and supplier agreements.
Contribute to Proxima's internal knowledge base and thought leadership in Professional Services.
About You:
Robust procurement experiencecombined with anexcellent commercial acumen, ideally gained in a transformation‐focused environment.




Proven track recorddelivering complex, strategic sourcing initiatives.
Experience in various professional services categories (HR, Legal, Consultancy, Audit, BPO, Travel) is preferrable but not essential.
Demonstrated success indriving transformation and operational improvementthrough effective program and stakeholder management.
Proven ability tocommunicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior and executive stakeholders.
Strongchange management capabilityand theability to influence senior stakeholders.
AdvancedExcel, PowerPoint, and data‐driven analytical skills.
Flexibility totravel domestically and/or within APACas required.
