Join our Sydney team as afull-time Dispatch Coordinator.
This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.
Responsibilities include:
Scanning and dispatching freight
Stacking and wrapping pallets, along with other warehouse duties
Creating air and road consignment notes
Lodging and collecting freight at air and sea terminals
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, with occasional deliveries
Collaborating with management to modify routes based on customer needs
Preparing daily work schedules and notifying drivers of road hazards
Monitoring driver logs for errors, violations, and working hours
Processing export and import shipments
Requirements:
2-3 years of warehousing experience




Customer service experience in a fast-paced workplace
Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
Experience with warehousing & distribution or freight forwarding is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with dispatch software is desirable
