In this hands‐on role, you'll own the tools and equipment portfolio from start to finish—driving growth, boosting customer satisfaction, and delivering standout offers in Dulux Trade Centres and Paint Spot stores.
You'll work side‐by‐side with a talented team and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales & Stores, and key suppliers to turn insights into real results.
You'll make key decisions on ranging, pricing, and promotions, lead innovation through range reviews and new product planning, and set high standards for merchandising.
Plus, you'll empower the sales force with targeted activation plans and maximise commercial outcomes through smart, data‐driven strategies—all while helping shape the future of the industry.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing
Proven success collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to launch new products and offers
Expertise in strategic category planning aligned with business goals
Skilled in consumer‐driven merchandise planning based on market insights
Strong commercial acumen to drive profitability and growth
Advanced data analysis skills to inform decision‐making
High‐level Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Collaborative leadership with a track record of effective cross‐functional teamwork
