Job Description
Reporting to Executive Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with ISO standards, and to perform duties as delegated by the Executive Manager, as well as managing and supervising the Cleaning staff across multiple sites.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Be the first point of contact for our client
Complete schedules / rosters to ensure delivery of core cleaning requirements
Supervise and lead a cleaning team
Provide training and on-boarding for your cleaning team member
Conduct periodic site visit, audit and reporting
Perform and Coordinate periodic works and extra works
Schedule periodicals with clients
Ensure quality expectations are being met by leading inspections on a regular basis.
Develop and maintain good customer relationship
Ensure safe work practices are followed within the business and that equipment is maintained in a protected operating condition.
Manage supplies and chemicals for site
Understand chemical usage and storage
Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and machinery
Monitor and report safety hazards to the Operation Manager
Identify 'areas for improvement' and proactively manage
Due to the nature of the role,



you need to be flexible for the working hours
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced leader who has:
Commercial cleaning experience is an essential
Experience in supervising a team across multiple site is preferred
Good communication skills with Client and with team members
Valid Australian Drivers License required
Be physically fit to carry out standard duties
National Criminal History are required for this role
White Card is a preferred
Problem solving skill and positive can-do attitude
High standards of personal grooming, presentation and professional conduct
Basic Computer Skill and Emailing
Experience in using equipment (such as scrubbers, wet vacs, carpet machines, car park scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers) is an ideal.
