Overview
As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant at APM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants (job seekers) to transform their lives by delivering tailored employment solutions.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference with our team in Eastgardens.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
Help participants identify and develop skills to become job ready
Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
Enhance participants' employability through training and referrals to support services
Develop personalised job plans outlining clear employment pathways
Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements to be considered
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
A MyGovID (Standard level)
Willing to complete a National Police Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
Available to work Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
