As an Associate Process Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to solve real manufacturing challenges, developing processes that transform laboratory concepts into reliable, scalable production systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer with 0–2 years' experience who enjoys solving technical problems, working across disciplines, and learning how innovative products become commercially manufactured.
Your Contribution
Assisting with process development, experimentation and equipment qualification
Designing and executing engineering trials to improve product and process robustness
Developing manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process specifications and quality records
Supporting prototype builds, design verification activities and manufacturing transfers
Collaborating with product development, bioscience, quality and manufacturing teams
Analysing engineering data and presenting clear technical recommendations
Contributing to investigations, root cause analysis and continuous process improvement
Learning how regulated medical devices are developed under ISO ***** quality systems
Your Profile




Holds a degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing or a related Engineering discipline
Has 0–2 years' engineering experience through industry, internships or research
Enjoys practical engineering and experimenting to solve complex technical problems
Is comfortable working with uncertainty and making progress without perfect information
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Can balance technical excellence with practical commercial outcomes
Is eager to learn across manufacturing, product development and process engineering disciplines
Ideally has exposure to CAD (SolidWorks), laboratory or manufacturing environments, or regulated industries
