We're looking for a commercially minded customer experience manager to own and enhance the customer journey across onboarding, support, project delivery, continuous improvement, and account growth.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional outcomes while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with key customers
Lead regular customer meetings and reviews
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
Gather requirements and translate customer needs into business improvements
Resolve complex client challenges and escalations
Support onboarding, project delivery, training, and service quality
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects
Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders

About You
Experience in mining,



engineering, technology, projects, procurement, or a related industry
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Skilled in requirement gathering and problem solving
Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven
Comfortable engaging with operational teams through to senior executives
