Immediate Start | 3-Month Contract | Accommodation & Travel Covered

LO-GO Appointments is seeking an experienced Trade Waste Officer for a 3-month contract with a Queensland Council in North QLD, commencing as soon as possible.

This is an excellent prospect for a qualified plumbing professional with strong regulatory and compliance experience to step into a key Council role, with accommodation provided and a vehicle available for commuter use.

To be successful, you will have:
QBCC Licensed Plumber and Drainer
Current C Class Driver Licence.
Construction Industry White Card.
Sound knowledge of Queensland legislation and regulatory requirements, including; Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018, Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2000, National Construction Code (NCC) and Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code.
Demonstrated experience in plumbing, trade waste, wastewater,



compliance or a related regulatory setting.
Solid inspection, assessment and investigative skills.
The ability to interpret legislation, regulations, codes and technical documentation.
Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to work independently and manage regulatory matters professionally.
