Todd Clinics Drouin is looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Chiropractic Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly while providing excellent care and service to our patients.

What the Role Involves
Greet patients warmly and make them feel at home
Manage calls and bookings efficiently
Process payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
Support product sales (training provided)
Maintain a calm, organised, and qualified reception area

Work Hours & Location
Flexibility to cover shifts during staff leave
Opportunities to assist at nearby clinics in Morwell, Leongatha, and Wonthaggi

Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people
Organised, skilled, and able to multitask
Calm under pressure with good problem solving skills




Strong communication to make patients feel comfortable
Work independently when needed to keep the clinic running smoothly

No prior reception or customer service experience required full training and ongoing support provided.
