We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Dock Hands to join our busy transport and logistics operation in Campbellfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced workplace, and are looking for ongoing employment with a growing company.

About the Role

As a Dock Hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring freight is safely loaded, unloaded, sorted, and prepared for dispatch while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
Sort, scan, and stage freight for delivery and dispatch.
Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if licensed).
Ensure freight is handled carefully to minimise damage.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dock area.
Follow all company policies and workplace health and safety procedures.




Work as part of a team to meet daily operational deadlines.

What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, dock, or transport experience is preferred.
Current LF Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced team environment.
