Mantra Bunbury is seeking a Guest Service Agent | Part Time Permanent

Do you enjoy welcoming people with a excellent smile each day and enjoy providing great customer service? If so, we want to hear from you!

As our next Team member, you will:
Assist with Guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone.
Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts, assisting guests on arrival, during their stay and up until their departure.
Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service.
Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge of the local area.
Flexible to assist in the restaurant as required by the needs of the business.

What we are looking for:




Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry
Experience using Protel an advantage, however onsite training will be provided
Reliable team member
People with a passion for providing quality guest service
Valuable communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
Team player, that will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed
The flexibility to work at a variety of times
RSA – preferable
