We're looking for a specialist International Digital Content Manager with strong expertise across SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

The focus is improving international content performance and ensuring content is discoverable across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
The role
Drive SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation across digital content.
Improve organic search visibility across international markets.
Optimise content for traditional and AI-powered search.
Analyse search performance and identify content opportunities.
Conduct content/search audits and recommend improvements.
Use SEO and analytics platforms to measure performance.
Work across content, digital, marketing,



UX and technology teams.
Help evolve content practices as AI changes search behaviour.

About you You'll be a search-led digital content specialist with robust hands-on SEO experience and a positive understanding of how AI is changing content discovery.

Experience with platforms such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics will be highly regarded, alongside experience working across complex or international digital settings.

Ideal for someone who understands where search is heading – not just where it's been.
