Shift Manager

Bake’d is looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to join our growing café team. We are seeking someone with solid leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily café operations during shifts
Lead and support front of house staff
Deliver excellent customer service
Handle cash, POS, and end-of-day procedures
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and WHS standards
Assist with staff training and shift coordination

Requirements
Previous café or hospitality management experience
Robust communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including weekends
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
