You understand that positive sales is a numbers game, and the people who consistently prospect, follow up and do what they say they’ll do are usually the ones who make the most money.

We’re looking for a Sales Rep for our client CrimCam - based in Castle Hill.

CrimCam provides solar-powered security cameras for commercial construction sites and locations without easy access to power or internet. It’s a niche product, they’re an industry leader and you’re not trying to sell something nobody wants. Their customers stick around, and as those customers open new sites and projects, there’s ongoing opportunity to grow the accounts.

Your role will be a mix of looking after existing customers and winning new ones, with a big focus on growth. You’ll spend time cold calling, following up leads,



getting out on the road, meeting customers and building a robust pipeline.

The company itself is small, down-to-earth and growing. There’s no corporate fluff/red tape and you don't need to be a perfectly polished salesperson. If you're a little raw but you're hungry, coachable and great with people, they'll back you. They just need someone who’s comfortable picking up the phone, introducing yourself to a stranger and having a crack.

The team BBQ together, go motorbike riding, have trips away and genuinely enjoy working together. At the same time, the company is growing its business and launching recent technology, so there’s plenty happening and real opportunity for someone ambitious to grow with them. For the right person, that could mean moving into management and potentially even an ownership opportunity down the track.

The role is based in Castle Hill, working between the office and being out on the road. Hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, with a base salary + commission. A vehicle can also be provided for getting out to customers.
