About the role
Deliver profitable growth through achievement of financial KPIs relating to production, profitability and expenses including new business conversion,



target loss ratios and target retention.
Develop qualified and productive relationships with Brokers and Stakeholders
Prepare quotations, renewals and endorsements within underwriting guidelines
Provide support to Junior Underwriters
Get involved with process and procedure improvements

About you
Proven experience in Financial Lines Underwriting or Broking with Professional Indemnity
Ideally come from an Underwriting Agency background
Solid market relationships with intermediaries
Strong technical knowledge
Proven track record in managing and developing broker relationships
Ability to drive a culture of service excellence
Strong interpersonal skills - particularly collaboration and engagement skills
Sound communication skills - including written and presentation skills
