About the Role
Join a quick-growing and energetic rehabilitation provider where you'll help injured workers rebuild their confidence, find meaningful employment and get their lives back on track.
You'll manage a caseload of job seekers recovering from injury or illness, develop tailored return-to-work strategies, and work closely with insurers, employers and allied health professionals to create sustainable employment outcomes.
You'll be supported by experienced leadership, a team-oriented team, and a culture built on trust.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Coach clients on job seeking skills, interview preparation, and workplace confidence
Support injured workers with return-to-work strategies that boost independence
Collaborate with employers and our allied health team to tailor job placement plans
Build and maintain robust relationships with employers, insurers and brokers




Identify suitable roles and negotiate with employers to secure sustainable placements

What You’ll Bring:
12+ months experience in employment placement services, vocational rehab or closely related role
Strong written communication skills
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, self-directed work style with solid organisational ability
A passion for helping people get back on track

What’s In It For You?
Base Salary $70,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
20% performance bonus, achievable and clearly structured
