Leading Hands
Formworkers
Concreters
Steel Fixers

About you

We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and contribute positively to a robust team setting.

Ideally, you will have experience in:
Bridge structures and large-scale concrete infrastructure
Culverts, drainage and reinforced concrete works
Formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement
Reading construction plans and steel schedules
Completing works safely and to a high standard
Following instructions and working effectively within a site team

Leading Hand applicants must also demonstrate experience supervising crews,



coordinating daily activities and maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards.

To be considered, applicants must have:
Relevant civil construction experience
A current Driver’s Licence
A valid White Card
Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated industry experience
A strong commitment to workplace safety
The ability to work reliably with limited supervision
A positive attitude and robust work ethic
