About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a full-time, hands on role working closely with customers and internal teams to provide quotations, process orders and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face interactions
Project take-offs and material calculations
Preparing and managing quotes and issuing invoices
Provide advice on FRP products and solutions
Follow up sales opportunities
Ensuring monthly sales targets are met
Ability to work cohesively within the team and management

About you
Robust Interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal communication
Ability to read drawings and estimate material quantities from the drawings
Competent level of mathematics. Ability to calculate areas,



lengths and weights of material required
High level of computer literacy including excel
Effective problem-solving skills to ensure effective outcomes
Ability to work in a team environment
