We are seeking a recent Financial Planning graduate to join our Financial Planning team as a Graduate Client Service Administrator (CSA).

This is a true graduate opportunity and may suit someone seeking their first professional role. You'll receive training, mentoring and exposure to experienced Financial Advisers while building the foundations for a long-term career in financial services.

About the role
As a Graduate CSA, you will:
Support Financial Advisers with client reviews and ongoing service requirements
Prepare client documentation and assist with implementing financial advice recommendations
Maintain accurate client records in Xplan
Process applications, forms and new client onboarding documentation
Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
Liaise with clients and financial institutions




Help deliver an exceptional client experience

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A completed Bachelor of Financial Planning degree (essential)
A genuine interest in building a career in Financial Planning
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Robust Microsoft Office skills
Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or unrestricted working rights
