What we are looking for
Previous sales experience in the HVAC industry with a proven track record
Solid knowledge of air conditioning systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well both individually and in a team
Comfortable with working in the office and in home/business inspections
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer experiences
An honest, reliable, conscientious, leader who is budget and target driven
