This is an exciting chance for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. A flexible working roster with a mix of days and nights.

Responsibilities for the role will include:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or for an ambitious Chef with career progression
Confident in managing and leading the kitchen team with the head chef
Relevant trade qualifications
Team player that leads by example with a hands-on approach
Transparent understanding of Food Safety guidelines
Ability to put forward creative and creative food ideas for our seasonal menu, specials and functions
Focused on delivering the best experience for all our patrons, both members and visitors alike
Comply with protected work practices by following Work, Health and Safety policies.





Skills & Experience
Demonstrated leadership in a similar role for at least 3 years
Excellent communication skills
A strong customer service focus
Excellent time management skills
High food standards in both quality and presentation and exceptional attention to detail
General understanding of a club operation is preferred but not essential
The ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task as required and solve problems in a professional and timely manner
