About the role
We have a full time position available for a Solicitor in our Armidale office. The role will include the following practice areas:
wills and estates;
estate litigation;
conveyancing;
commercial law (predominantly leasing);
family law; and
general law.
Qualifications & experience
The role can be tailored to suit applicants with the following qualifications and experience:
junior lawyer with experience in a few of the areas of practice; or
experienced solicitor practicing in some areas of this law already looking for a change and to develop their own areas of practice.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
experience in or an interest to learn multiple areas of law;
the ability to work autonomously;
excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal issues to individuals and groups;
experience in Microsoft Office and PEXA systems; and
well-developed self-management and organisational skills.
