Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery
Read and interpret production drawings and cutting lists
Load, edit, and optimise CNC programs
Manufacture joinery components to accurate specifications
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
Identify and resolve machining issues efficiently
Collaborate with factory and production teams to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised work environment

About You
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist within commercial joinery, cabinetry, shopfitting, or architectural woodworking
Experience operating Homag, Biesse, Weeke, SCM, Holzher,



or similar CNC machinery
Solid understanding of joinery manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable work ethic and robust team mentality
Right to work in Australia
