We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant with robust barista skills to join the qualia team. Coffee will be a key focus of your role, so we're looking for someone who is confident behind the machine, passionate about quality and able to consistently produce exceptional coffee while delivering the warm, intuitive service qualia is renowned for.

What you'll be doing
You'll primarily be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality barista coffee while supporting the wider Food & Beverage team throughout service. You'll confidently manage coffee orders,
maintain quality during busy periods and ensure every cup meets the standards expected within a luxury resort.
Beyond the coffee machine, you'll engage with guests and assist with food and beverage service, bringing the same attention to detail, professionalism and personalised approach to every interaction.
What we're looking for
Solid barista experience within a busy cafe, restaurant or premium hospitality environment
Confidence producing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee
Ability to maintain speed, presentation and quality during busy service
Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience
Warm, polished and professional guest service skills
High attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality
Current Queensland or Nationally Recognised RSA Certificate (Essential)
