Football Star Academy is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and passionate Junior Soccer Coaches to join our growing coaching team.

The role involves delivering fun, engaging and structured soccer sessions for children aged 3–12 years across our school, after-school and weekend programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions, following FSA coaching programs, teaching football skills and game understanding, and creating a positive and energetic environment where every child feels encouraged to improve.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about football, enjoys working with children, is reliable and punctual, communicates well and is confident leading groups. Coaches are expected to arrive prepared and on time,



maintain a safe and professional environment, and represent Football Star Academy positively at all times.

Previous coaching experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has a outstanding attitude and genuinely enjoys working with children.

We offer versatile casual hours, regular weekday and weekend prospects, coaching development and support, and $30–$35 per hour + superannuation.
