We're looking for a motivated Analyst Programmer to join our team. This is a great prospect for a graduate or early-career developer to build their skills in a supportive workplace, working across the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through to coding, testing, and deployment.

You'll work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical, well-built solutions.

What You'll Do
Assist in the analysis, design, development, and testing of software applications
Write clean, maintainable code under the guidance of senior team members
Support troubleshooting and debugging of existing systems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
Document technical processes and system changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

What We're Looking For




A degree in Information Technology
Practical knowledge of Java, C#, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS
Practical experience in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI
Experience in DevOps and Delivery Pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A willingness to learn and take on feedback
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
