We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Ravenhall depot team on a casual basis. This is an prospect for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building a strong team culture, and keeping warehouse operations safe, efficient, and on schedule. You’ll be working across our retail and convenience client operation in a depot that spans ambient, chiller, and freezer environments – a quick-paced operation where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support your warehouse team to drive productivity, accuracy, and engagement on shift
Coordinate daily workflow and task allocation to meet operational deadlines and service targets
Champion safety, accuracy, and compliance across all warehouse activities
Identify and flag operational issues and support continuous improvement across the site
Work closely with depot management to ensure smooth shift handovers and accurate reporting

You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in a Team Leader,



Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role
Solid people leadership and communication skills – you lead by example and bring others with you
A proactive, organised, and safety-focused approach to daily operations
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment
Comfort working across ambient, chiller, and freezer environments as required
Availability to commit to at least 5 days per week across a flexible casual roster, with Fridays and Saturdays being our biggest days
