About the role
We are seeking an experienced Field Agronomist or Soil Specialist to join us on a flexible part time or ongoing consulting basis. In this role, you will be the primary technical voice for our liquid compost product Carbon Boost in the field—working directly with landholders, graziers, and cropping operators to integrate Carbon Boost into their soil management programs and registered carbon projects.
Key responsibilities

Interpret soil tests (TOC, biology, nutrient profiles) and recommend effective application rates, fertigation schedules, and tank-mix integrations.
Assist farmers and project developers in meeting management practice requirements for ACCU Scheme soil carbon projects.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating soil science into clear, practical outcomes for landholders.
About you
Qualified in Agricultural Science, Soil Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
Proven experience in broadacre cropping, pasture management, or biological/organic soil products.
Robust working knowledge of soil organic carbon (SOC) dynamics and regenerative/sustainable farming practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building direct, trusted relationships with farmers in office.
Current driver's license and willingness to travel regionally for farm visits.
About us
