About the role:

We are looking for an experienced retailer to lead the Essendon Adelaide team in a full-time capacity as Store Manager.

Working full time from Tuesday - Saturday, this position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We seek a dedicated leader committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

As Store Manager, you'll:
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support the training and recruitment of great talent into the team
Act as a brand ambassador leading by example in presentation, styling, and customer experience
Create visually appealing store displays
Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention

Has management experience in retail with stories of success
Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Loves fashion and sportswear
Can work autonomously.
Is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and training abilities
Is motivational and has initiative and adaptability
