360 Personnel is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Dogman to join our team on major construction projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in slinging loads, directing crane movements, and working closely with crane operators to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

You will be working on energetic construction sites where safety, communication, and precision are essential.

Requirements:
Valid Dogging (DG) ticket/licence
Construction White Card
Solid experience in dogging and rigging operations
Excellent communication and hand-signal knowledge
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Reliability and strong work ethic
