About the Role

In this entry-level, casual role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of customer-focused tasks. From processing show licenses and managing customer communications, to collecting and validating data for our operations team, you’ll be at the heart of keeping things running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to expand their skills in a supportive, team-focused workplace.

What You’ll Do

Day to day, you'll get stuck into a real mix of tasks, including:
Processing show licenses and supporting customer communications.
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
Collecting, collating, and validating data across reports and systems.




Providing general administrative support across teams.

What We’re Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you bring:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Explicit, concise written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Interest in music theatre (a plus, but not essential!).
