First Friends is a long daycare centre based in Mindarie. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
Provide high-quality care, education and supervision to children.
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
Maintain a protected, clean and welcoming learning setting.
Observe and document children’s learning and development.
Follow centre policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards a relevant qualification.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
Current Working with Children Check.
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards is desirable.
You should have completed the mandatory Geccko Child Protection training
Previous experience in an early childhood setting is preferred

Pay: $28.81 – $34.65 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
