Skillforce Recruitment are currently seeking experienced manufacturing Trade Assistants for ongoing work with the prospect for Full Time Employment

Core Responsibilities
Operational Support: Assist tradespeople across fabrication, assembly, and packing activities.
Tool Operation: Safely operate workshop hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Forklifts Overhead Cranes Machinery
Material Preparation: Prepare materials, cut or handle components, and complete pre-start safety checks.
Logistics: Pack finished orders and assist with loading and unloading materials.
Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, tidy work area and perform minor equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements
Experience: Hands-on experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or heavy industrial workplace.
Safety Focus: Ability to follow strict safety protocols and complete pre-operational inspections.
Physical Fitness: Capable of manual handling

Must have full working rights to work in Australia being a temp to perm chance - Must have Reliable Transport - Able to pass a pre employment medical
