To succeed in this role, you will also need:

We are looking for people who have a knack for building relationships and making memorable moments. You also have:
Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency card or willingness to obtain
Current Advanced RCG or willingness to obtain
Flexibility to work across the Club’s trading hours (10am-2am) including late evenings, weekends and public holidays
A genuine passion for customer service and exceptional customer service skills
A “can do” attitude with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a large team
The ability to keep calm under pressure
A high standard of personal presentation
