METAL FABRICATOR / BOILERMAKER – FULL TIME

CG Engineering is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator or Boilermaker to join our workshop in Theodore, Queensland.

This is a full time position with an immediate start available. The role offers good working hours, quality equipment and plenty of variety across custom fabrication, repair and maintenance jobs.

Duties will include:
MIG and TIG welding
Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Cutting, folding, drilling and general fabrication
Operating workshop machinery and hand tools
General mechanical and maintenance work
Some lathe and milling work where required

To be suitable, you will need:
A Fabrication/Boilermaker trade qualification or solid industry experience




The ability to work reliably and unsupervised
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
A current driver’s licence
Machining experience would be highly regarded
A forklift licence would be an advantage
