You'll diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, service and maintain a wide range of vehicles, and contribute to a positive, respectful, organised, and productive workshop culture.

You'll bring
5+ years of automotive workshop experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A genuine commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Proven leadership skills and top mechanical skills is a must
A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach to your work
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
A current driver's licence
Full Australian working rights
Availability Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays

What You'll be doing
Service, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
Deliver high-quality workmanship every time




Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately
Follow manufacturer and warranty processes
Mentor junior staff and support their development
Provide excellent customer service and assist at the front desk when needed
Help maintain a safe, positive, organised and productive workshop workplace
Contribute to a positive respectful team culture and high-performance standards
