McMahon Burnett Transport is a privately owned Western Australian Company located in Hazelmere, WA 6055.

McMahon Burnett Transport is looking to employee a full time data entry person. This is an opportunity for the right person to be trained in all facets of an office workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:
Data entry and processing incoming/outgoing paperwork using the Freight2020 computer system – experience with this is preferred but not essential.
Answering telephone calls and customer queries.
Processing quotes/payments
Consistent email management with as well as using other office programs (mainly word and excel)
Working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following attributes: -
Attention to detail and being a fast learner is a must.




Experience with data entry and the transport industry is preferred but not essential
Have the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize according to deadlines.
Be able to work on your own as well as enjoy working as part of the team
Be punctual and willing to learn.
Organized with excellent time management skills and being able to take information in.
Confident, friendly with a positive attitude towards work.
Own Transport.
You will be responsible for a broad range of operational activities that are crucial to the effective running of the business.

Nice to have:
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Experience in Transport and Logistics industry
