About the role

Hairessence is an award-winning luxury hair salon based in Roseville, specialising in bespoke colour, blonding, grey blending and hair health. We're looking for two passionate hair professionals to join our team: a Senior Hairdresser and a 2nd or 3rd Year Hairdressing Apprentice.

Key responsibilities

Senior Hairdresser:
Provide colouring, foiling, blonding, cutting and styling services
Create beautiful results and look after clients
Build and retain your own clientele
Maintain skilled and reliable service standards

2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice:
Develop skills and confidence across colour, foiling, cutting, styling, consultations and client care
Build your own clientele
Take initiative and demonstrate reliability on the salon floor
Work towards becoming a confident, capable senior stylist

About you

Senior Hairdresser:
Experienced stylist confident across colouring, foiling, blonding, cutting and styling
Professional, confident, reliable and passionate about your craft
Existing clientele preferred but not essential for the right stylist motivated to grow

2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice:




Strong foundation in hairdressing already established
Eager to learn and take initiative
Reliable and genuinely motivated to become an exceptional senior hairdresser
