In this role you will get to:
Provide industry leading service with a company that focuses on client satisfaction
Deal with Tile retail outlets and resellers across Australia over the phone
Assist client with all product & order enquiries via email & telephone
Accurate data entry including - purchase order entry, updating customer details,



tracking order & stock movements
Assist the National sales team with all product & customer requests
Make sales & marketing calls to clients
Assist & work collaboratively with marketing, sales & accounts with the prospect for career pathway into these departments.

It is expected you will:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Have a close eye for detail allowing you to provide efficient solutions to all Elite customers
Have intermediate computer skills
Be proactive in problem solving
Strong team player
