Qualifications & experience
Strong mechanical, electrical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proven experience as a field service technician preferred but not required, Light vehicle applicants will receive training to upskill into the field service technician role

Tasks & responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, providing productive and effective solutions
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Maintain detailed service records and provide clear communication to customers regarding repairs and service needs.




Uphold our company’s commitment to excellent customer service by building solid relationships with our clients.
Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment across various brands.
