We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telefundraising Call Centre Representatives to join our team. No previous fundraising or call centre experience is required — we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

What you’ll be doing
Making outbound calls to members of the public on behalf of well-known charities and not-for-profit organisations
Having friendly, engaging conversations with supporters and potential donors
Raising awareness and encouraging people to support significant causes
Building confidence and communication skills through every conversation
Working towards individual and team goals in a positive call-centre environment
