Pro Step Landscaping is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated 2nd year or 3rd‑Year Apprentice Landscaper who’s ready to step into a high‑standards, quick‑moving environment. You’ll be working alongside experienced operators, delivering premium residential landscaping projects across Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with construction of retaining walls, paving, turfing, garden builds, drainage and structural landscaping
Operating hand tools, power tools and small machinery safely and confidently
Supporting site preparation, clean‑ups, material handling and daily setup/pack‑down
Working within Pro Step’s quality, safety and communication standards
Learning advanced landscaping skills and progressing towards tradesperson level

What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled as a 3rd‑Year Landscaping Apprentice or 2nd year
Robust work ethic and reliability — shows up, works hard, communicates clearly




Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured workflow
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in workmanship
White Card required
Driver’s licence required
