Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
Stock control and rotation

THE PERSON
Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Certificate III Commercial Cookery required
NPC: Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
