Location: Hampton Park, VIC
Regular Shifts: Monday and Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $39.80 per hour

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a male participant living with anxiety and depression, helping them build confidence and maintain their daily routine in a calm and encouraging environment.

Fluent English is essential, as the participant values clear, positive, and friendly communication.

Your key responsibilities include:
Providing one-on-one emotional and practical support
Assisting with daily routines while promoting independence




Following the participant’s support plan with care and attention
Maintaining open and respectful communication with the participant, family, and support team

What You’ll Need
Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs
Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR certifications
Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
Valid ABN and full working rights in Australia
Available to start as soon as possible
