Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to Zarraffa’s standards
Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate POS and drive-thru systems
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
What We’re Looking For
Ideal for school leavers with versatile availability across weekdays, weekends, early mornings and afternoons
Weekend work is essential
A friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Barista experience is not essential (training provided)
Solid communication and teamwork skills
