O Bagel at Southport is looking for a Team Leader working 5 days a week.

Hospitality experience is essential.
Barista certification highly regarded
Excellent milk steaming / latte art skills a big plus
Supervising / leadership experience preferred

Barista-experienced candidates are prioritised, but we can provide training if needed.

Job Role (Team Leader Responsibilities):
Lead shifts and support the team
Manage roster and daily operations
Ensure smooth service during busy periods
Provide excellent customer service and handle issues
Train and guide staff
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Day shift / Morning shift

$33 – $39 per hour
